Concierge Pool and Spa Closing Services Include:
- Pool/Spa drained to proper level for winter.
- Lines blown clear of all water and pool main drain is air locked.
- Removal of deck equipment and placed for storage.
- Removal of underwater lights and circulation system fittings.
- Pool anti-freeze is drawn thru skimmer and return lines, as applicable (anti-freeze included).
- Vacuuming and skimming of light debris.
- Filter cleaned and ready for winter storage.
- Automatic fill valves and devices deactivated.
- Winterizing of water features, cleaners, in-floor systems, fountains, slides, sprayers, etc.
- Winter chemical treatment to help prevent algae (chemicals sold separately).
- Power and gas supply to equipment turned off.
- Cover Services Include:
- Installation of the cover (using existing anchors).
- Automatic covers are cleaned and retracted for winter.
Concierge level services are all inclusive closing services. (Any required repairs to pool, spa or equipment however will be an additional charge).
