Concierge Spa Closing Services Include:
• Drain the spa to the proper level for winter.
• Blow lines clear of all water.
• Remove lights from the niche, attach a rope, and hang them in the pool for winter.
• Draw pool anti-freeze thru skimmer, return lines as applicable, and verify each end, (anti-freeze included).
• Blow the main drain line clear of water, and plug main drain
• Remove deck equipment (Handrails and Ladders) and place it on the deck for storage.
• Remove plugs from circulation equipment and place them on deck for storage.
• Drain and prepare all circulation system equipment for winter.
• Blow water from all circulation equipment.
• Lubricate seals and O-rings.
• Deep clean cartridge and DE filters for storage.
• Turn off the power and gas supply to equipment.
• Empty all chemical feed equipment.
• Deactivate any automatic fill valves and devices.
• Vacuuming and skimming of light debris; excessive debris will be charged in addition at T&M
• Winterizing of water features, cleaners, in-floor systems, fountains, slides, sprayers, etc.
• Add winter chemical treatment to help prevent algae from forming, (Chemicals sold separately).
Concierge level services are all inclusive closing services. (Any required repairs to spa or equipment however will be an additional charge).
