Quad-Core™ Laminated Fabric for pool and spa covers is reinforced with a strong polyester mesh for strength and tear resistance, this high-performance vinyl-resin formula provides maximum durability in the swimming pool environment.

Our Quad-Core laminated fabric is made with two outside layers of vinyl that are the same thickness. An adhesive layer is applied to the vinyl and pressed onto the scrim layer with open space between the threads. The uniform vinyl surface that this creates, along with the adhesive additives, protects the scrim from water exposure and abrasion.

Quad-Core laminated fabric is available in many special-order custom colors to match your pool decor. If you do not see your favorite color, contact your dealer for additional color options. Please see actual fabric sample when making color choice. Colors may vary.
Note: Custom fabric colors include an additional charge and longer lead time than standard fabric colors.
Webbing
The webbing acts as the interface between the ropes, tracks, and cover fabric. It reduces the friction to allow the cover to open and close freely. Cover-Pools offers two webbing options.
Standard Webbing
Cover-Pools standard webbing is composed of a 9 oz resin-infused polyester fabric––the same materials used in sail cloth providing protection in a marine environment. It is double-stitched to the fabric using Dabond® bonded polyester threads to create a strong bond between the webbing, fabric, and rope. The primary stitch is hidden from the sun to add UV protection.
The standard webbing comes in 10 color options.
Ultimate™ Heat Sealed Webbing Upgrade
The Ultimate heat sealed webbing is composed of polyester fibers encased in a UV-resistant PVC and urethane protective coating. The coating provides additional resistance to wear, making your fabric more durable. The webbing is heat sealed around the rope and then double-stitched to the fabric. With three levels of protection, you know your webbing will last.
The Ultimate webbing comes in 6 color options to coordinate with you pool fabric and design.
