Auto Cover Tune-Ups
Auto Cover Tune-ups save time and money by assuring proper operation with preventive care. Two levels of preventative maintenance are available:
Deep Clean Includes:
- Chemical deep clean, brush, scrub, and rinse of the automatic cover.
- Removal of debris from automatic cover pit.
- Automatic cover pit is cleaned, rinsed and vacuumed.
- Dirt flushed from automatic cover tracks.
- Cleaning of automatic cover pump.
- Lubrication of automatic cover drum bearings and or bushings (as equipped).
- Operation of automatic cover to full open and close cycles.
- Adjust cables or ropes and tension as needed.
Tune-Up Includes:
- Lubrication of cover drum bearings/ bushings (as equipped).
- Inspection of guides, glides, ropes/cables, and pulleys.
- Adjustment for parallel operation.
- Inspection/adjustment of wheeled guide assemblies, (if equipped).
- Operation of automatic cover to full open and close cycles.
Tune-Ups and Deep Clean Include:
- Includes all of the above.
Notes:
- Cleaning of excessive debris in cover pit, (may incur additional charges). Owner will be notified at time of service.
- Replacement Parts, (if required) are not included in the price, but will be installed and provided as needed.
- Guide, glide and pulley replacements for many models made on site at same time.
- No service call or return trip charge for any backordered parts and associated installation. These repairs will be
billed time on-site and material only.
