We appreciate your business - and guarantee the products we provide will meet your needs!  We also recognize that sometimes you might end up with parts and products that just won’t do the job.  To keep your pool and spa in top shape we will gladly accept your returns - and process them for credit or exchange quickly.  Please note, returns are subject to the following conditions. 

  • Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Chemicals, special order items and electrical/electronic components can not be returned.
  • Returned items are inspected and must be:
    • unused
    • in re-saleable condition
    • in the original packaging.
  • All accepted returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.  If our team made a mistake in specifying parts or components for you, we will exchange these items without charging any re-stocking fees.
  • Shipping, handling and processing fees are non-refundable. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer.
  • To assure timely processing and credit, an RMA, (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be obtained before shipping your return.
  • To return an item please find the item in your order history and click on the return link to complee your RMA request form.
